Draw for Change Series

Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United States / 2023 / 70 min

A documentary series about female cartoonists from around the world who are breaking their societies’ taboos. Through their art, they are fighting for freedom of speech, feminism, and justice. Their drawings are more than compelling stories—they show the realities that these women face every day. By challenging social norms and striving for change, they risk their lives and are sometimes even forced to flee their country. This six-part documentary series takes us on a journey into the world of these courageous women.
