Dear Reader

For DEAR READER, Mascha Jacobs invites authors to her study once a month to talk with them about two of their favorite books. In these conversations, the listeners learn a lot about the guests as they discuss how the books found their way to them, how reading has changed them, and whether or how reading and writing are connected for them. Since December 2018, more than 65 episodes have been produced this way. Guests have included Barbi Marković, Dana von Suffrin, Klaus Theweleit, Nava Ebrahimi, Monika Rinck, Mithu Sanyal, Ann Cotten, Leif Randt, Tijan Sila, Clemens Setz, Heike Geißler, Jackie Thomae, Jovana Reisinger, Tom Kummer, Karosh Taha, Dorothee Elmiger, Antonia Baum, Maren Kames, and Daniel Schreiber.
