Hasse van Nunen began her career as a producer and later on founded her own production company Een van de Jongens. Driven by the desire to create real societal change, she became a pioneering impact producer in the Netherlands. She founded the Impact Academy (now Impact Makers), bringing together film funds, broadcasters, and filmmakers to establish impact producing as a recognized field. She also helped develop funding tools and launched the first Dutch Impact Lab training program.
