In her native Iran, Faravaz was to be arrested because of her music. Today, she lives in Germany and employs her voice to fight for the rights of Iranian women. A fight that is not least also one for her own survival. In powerful images, Faravaz remembers her childhood, the oranges in her garden and how she finally found her home in her own body.
